Wild Arugula

Arugula is a nutrient-dense Mediterranean leafy green that has been cultivated in kitchen gardens for centuries.  Non-GMO Wild arugula is bright and peppery, used as an herb or as a mild and savory component to many leafy greens and salad mixes.

Known throughout the world by any number of names including "“rocket" and "“roquette", arugula is most commonly found in mixed greens and Mesclun mixes featuring mizuna, baby spinach radicchio, and dandelion.
