We believe in providing the freshest and healthiest microgreens, leafy green & herbs on earth. Our goal is simple... organically grow the purest, most delicious and nutritious greens possible to showcreate a healthier life for our family and for every one of our customers. Most of all, we want to how people the HUGE difference between eating LOCAL, fresh-cut House of Greens produce and non-local grocery store produce. Fresh-cut, local greens are more delicious and nutritious than produce that has been harvested many days ago, and traveled hundreds or thousands of miles to get to your local grocery store.

Our philosophy is centered around sustainability and minimizing waste to leave the Earth in a better condition than we found it. We take pride in our strict, organic and eco-friendly practices. We’re a family-owned and operated, indoor, vertical hydroponic farm, in Ogdensburg, New York. We ONLY use non-GMO seeds, filtered water and organic nutrients to organically grow our greens. Even our produce containers are plant-based and compostable (NOT made of harmful plastic). Since we grow indoors and without using soil, we do NOT need to use pesticides or harmful chemicals on our farm.

Leafy Greens & Herbs

  • Microgreens are young vegetable greens harvested at 7 to 12 days after seeding, just after the cotyledon leaves have developed.

  • Microgreens are used as a nutrition supplement, a visual enhancement, and a flavor and texture enhancement. Microgreens are up to 40 times more nutrient dense than the adult vegetables!

  • Many recipes use them as a garnish while some utilize them as the main ingredient. They're great on sandwiches, in salads, for soups or just as a snack!
